Caution and Intelligence is the keyword Over the last 10 years or so, three companies in the global tech world have dominated the IT Industry. They are Microsoft, Google and Facebook. These companies have influenced the lives and minds of a complete generation like never before. Employee Salary: A Place of Pride In an entrepreneur’s life, especially during the Start Up Phase, when his earnings are less than his expenses, payment of salaries to his employees and that too on time, has always been a discussion point. Many of these discussions, unfortunately do not throw the true picture about an organization or its owner, but some are and it turns to a good ‘coffee shop’ discussion for job seekers. With the advent of social media and the no holds bar communication followed, this for the entrepreneur, hits where it hurts. So to some, who want to... View Article

Tolerate it, Embrace it, Learn from it “Sorry, I didn’t think of it THAT way…..” For me ambiguity is always enigma. All plausible interpretations are highly welcome, more is merrier. So how do you look at it? As a stimulus? A neutral learning curve or a threat? Living in ambiguity gives us all an additional space to maneuver. It could be this or that, it could be right or wrong, you could be thinking the matter is resolved, but I know it hasn’t, purely interpretation based decisions to suit us can be taken and interestingly enough, you can even say,...
